I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the rooms were modern and well-equipped, with stunning views of Lake Toya from the top of the mountain. The attention to detail was superb, especially with the jacuzzi in every room that allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, such as delivering a forgotten suitcase to another town. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a substantial and tasty start to the day.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location on top of a hill provided breathtaking views of Lake Toya. I could literally see the town across the lake from my spacious room. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, especially with the fantastic toiletries and the jacuzzi bath with a view to die for. Additionally, the staff's exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond, delivering a forgotten suitcase to me in another town. The basic amenities provided were top-notch and I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast option.
All was good, nothing to complain about.

Surrounded by greenery and fresh air, the charming hotel offered a big and lavish bathroom, unlike the usual Japanese hotels. the hotel has a key location with all rooms looking towards a serene lake, perfect for travelers who drive on their own. the hotel staff was exceptional and went out of their way to deliver a forgotten suitcase to another town, 50 minutes away.
The hotel was quite far from the main town and it took us around 10-15 minutes to drive there. the breakfast could have been a bit more substantial for its price.

Stunning views and great amenities
We recently stayed at a hotel with breathtaking views of a beautiful lake. The room had a large picture window that gave a perfect unobstructed view. The bath was also great with soft lighting and spacious area. We loved the amenities offered like the jacuzzi, and toaster in the room which made the stay very convenient. The hotel’s location was also convenient since there were convenience stores nearby where we could pick up anything that we needed.
The hotel staff had very limited English that made it difficult to communicate with them. the bed was very hard and uncomfortable which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and come with great amenities like a jacuzzi. the service is exceptional, and the staff is eager to help guests with any requests. Breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. the hotel has a lovely outdoor swimming pool that guests can enjoy.
The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient and requires a car to get around, as it is far from the main town.
